Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of exercise that is performed whilst sitting down. Register now to participate in an upcoming class at Merrylands or Auburn Library.

Chair Yoga is for anyone and can be practiced on any chair, anywhere.

These classes are especially for those who would like to exercise but have physical challenges.

It's also fantastic for those who sit for long periods of time.
